Whether you are a fan of Valentines day or not this cocktail is definitely worth treating yourself to and is guaranteed to put a smile on your face!
I have to thank my friend Chelsea for this one as she served it (minus the alcohol!) at her daughter's Birthday party and from the moment I tried that first sip I knew it would make the most perfect cocktail! Of course it is also delicious without the alcohol and makes a perfect punch for a party if made in large quantities. It is super easy to make and can be mixed in a flash so make sure to keep the ingredients on hand for a quick and delicious cocktail!
Serves 1
90ml White Cranberry Juice, chilled
90ml Raspberry Ginger Ale, chilled
60ml Vodka or Gin, chilled (optional)
Pour everything into a cocktail glass then give a quick stir before sipping and enjoying!
Alternatively if you don't have chilled drinks you can pop the cranberry juice and vodka (or gin) together in a shaker with ice then pour into your cocktail glass before topping with the Ginger Ale!
Cheers!

ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty drink! Love that it is good for kids or adults!
ReplyDeleteExactly! And to be honest I love it just as much without the alcohol. It's so delicious!
DeleteThank you all so much! : )
ReplyDeleteWowser - where do you get raspberry ginger ale?! I want some!
ReplyDeleteI know it's so good. Unfortunately though I've just had a look and it doesn't look like you can get it in the UK :( Here I can buy it in my local supermarkets - it's by Schweppes. My only solution is to use normal ginger ale and add a touch of raspberry juice - I'm sure that will be just as delicious.....hopefully!! : )
